JOB DESCRIPTION *

Refines work of writers, and heads and coordinates activities of writers engaged in preparing technical, scientific, or other material for publication in conjunction with or independent from manufacturing, research, and related activities. Delineates standard procedures for gathering data and writing. Provides meeting support to include VTC, teleconferencing and entry access list coordination as well as minute taking and CDRL finalization. Provides technical interchange support and data management with stakeholders. Work products support management decisions and will be highly visible to senior leadership.

REQUIREMENTS

• Position requires demonstrated experience with MS Office and Adobe professional products for communication, documentation, and database management
• Must be able to travel OCONUS with a flexible daily work schedule to include meeting support outside of normal duty hours
• Secret clearance required
• Expert-level proficiency in professional verbal and written communication
