We are actively seeking several Senior Tax Managers to join our growing firm! This position is 100% Remote in the U.S. if not living in the NJ/NYC area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Advanced specialized tax expertise
• Reviews research findings, tax returns and work papers, formulates conclusions consistent with firm policies and professional standards, and determines implications and best course of action for client
• Ensures all tax advice is technically correct and properly documented
• Understands the firm’s policies, procedures and professional standards
• Demonstrates strong communication skills.

Qualifications:

Must be motivated, have the ability to multi-task and be organized. Maintain a positive attitude; be cooperative and flexible about the type of work assigned and in assisting other team members on assignments. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Requirements:

• Must have B.A./B.S. degree in Accounting (MST/MBA is a plus)
• CPA is a must
• Strong technical skills in taxation
• 5 plus years of work experience

Other Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of MS office, and other accounting and tax software programs.
• Assist with estate tax examinations
• Enhance knowledge of income tax returns.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $111,063.52 - $235,349.37 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Tax Manager: 5 years (Preferred)
• Construction Industry: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPA (Preferred)
