Job description

• Responsible for assisting in the tax and compliance activities.
• Assist in the completion of corporate tax returns and quarterly estimates with external CPA firm.
• Assist in capturing R&D qualifying activities.
• Manage completion of all state and local sales tax reporting.
• Implement, document and maintain effective processes to ensure compliance with all state and local taxes.
• Maintain and file all federal, state and local: census, informational reporting, property tax, fees, permits, and licenses.
• Maintain fixed asset software.
• Manage offshore team in the functional areas of: Collections, AP, Billing, Accounting Support.
• Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or similar field from an accredited college or university.
• 3+ years’ experience in accounting or tax.
• National accounting firm tax experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
