MIANSAI IS SEEKING SENIOR RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATES IN VENICE AND MALIBU

Since its organic inception in 2008, the Miami-based jewelry brand Miansai has quickly grown to be a renowned lifestyle fashion success story. Our designs are meticulously crafted from the highest quality materials. Sourcing fine Italian leathers, pure precious metals, and custom-made marine grade ropes for their pieces— and obsessing over every detail. Miansai is sold around the world in 40 US states and 36 countries including at the brand’s flagship store in New York’s Soho neighborhood, Venice Beach and online.

Miansai is looking to expand our retail team! We are currently interviewing P/T Sales Associates for our retail store on Abbot Kinney in Venice and Airstream Pop-UP in Malibu.

Associates would have their schedule switched between both locations.

GENERAL SUMMARY

Experienced Sales Associates will be based at our brick and mortar location on Abbot Kinney in Venice and Pop-Up in Malibu.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales and exceed sales goals through excellent customer service, clienteling and product knowledge.
• Open or Close store and ensure product is merchandised according to company guidelines at both open and close.
• Receive product orders from the main warehouse and merchandise properly.
• Fulfill and ship online orders.
• Maintain a clean store including moping, sweeping and dusting.
• Work with multiple computer software programs for sales, inventory, and shipping.
• An understanding of fashion and the product in order to work with customers on discovering their new favorite items.
• Provide feedback on product, opportunities for improvement, customer comments and communicate to the Retail Director, Marketing/PR and leadership with all pop-ups and events.
• Fashion Background a must.

Education: High school required. Some college preferred.Languages: English Required. Bi-Lingual a plus (English/Spanish).Job Type: Hourly based on experience + 3% Commission on sales. Employee discount and merchandise allowance.Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
