JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Recruiter, Technology will report directly to the Director, People Talent Strategy. This team member will be responsible for sourcing and hiring technology roles, which are at the core of our business model. This role will work very closely with our technology leaders to understand our tech strategy the talent needed to meet our tech goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Expertise in full-cycle employee recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis and talent market dynamics.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to create job postings, manage applicants, and prioritize positions based on the needs of the technology department and the broader organization.
  • Draft, implement and improve hiring processes to elevate internal efficiency and the overall candidate experience. Implement and fine-tune processes that are provided by People Talent Strategy, People Operations team members, and technology leaders.
  • Develop a candidate pipeline with both passive and active candidates for positions and organize information that can be easily tracked and analyzed.
  • Leverage internal HRIS and applicant tracking technology to automate and streamline the hiring process, making the process as simple as possible for both our hiring managers and candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and identify qualified candidates to move forward in the hiring process.
  • Expand on knowledge in technology roles to attract top talent.
  • Perform additional job duties as assigned.
Requirements:


JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; studies in technology, HR or business preferred
  • At least 5+ years of recruiting experience in the technology industry, start-up experience a plus
  • Senior-level experience managing the director level and beyond
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systems
  • Demonstrate organizational skills
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate analytical skills when problem-solving
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
