- 40 hrs/week; Must be willing to work within normal business hours of 8-5PM CST
- W2 Employee Only- NO CORP to CORP
- Must be a Texas Resident and can work remote, however occasional onsite presence could be requested.
- Travel expenses to/from onsite location(s) would not be reimbursed under this contract
- Starting range $45+/hr, DOE
JOB DESCRIPTION
ERCOT is looking for a Contract Recruiter. Contract Recruiter Sources, recruits, selects and integrates qualified candidates through the screening, interview and hiring processes.
JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for the full-cycle recruiting and hiring process while maintaining internal compliance policies and procedures
- Partners with Hiring Managers to fill open job requisitions in a timely and efficient manner
- Verifies job requirements, recruiting needs and completeness of requisitions then posts in appropriate places
- Researches, selects, and monitors use of internet job-posting sites, ensuring quality applicant flow and most effective cost
- Complete thorough interviews with applicants and sourced candidates and refers qualified candidates to hiring managers for all assigned job requisitions
- Seeks and develops new and revised methods for sourcing candidates
- Negotiates and extends job offers
- Completes compensation analysis and working with hiring manager on recommendation.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Requires minimum 5 years progressively responsible experience in recruiting, sourcing, hiring, compensation administration and regulatory compliance gained in a dynamic, changing business environment in excess of degree requirements
- Requires experience partnering directly with hiring managers.
- Minimum of 1 year Corporate Recruiting Experience is required
- Excellent communication skills.

EDUCATION
- Bachelor's Degree : Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Required)
- or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required
