Our award-winning design team continues to grow! We are currently looking for a Senior Project Architect/Designer who has a minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in commercial architecture to join us! This role is a tremendous career opportunity for an architect who wants to have an integral role at a smaller firm where they can directly impact all facets of the schematic, design development, construction document and construction administration phases of architecture. Project activities will include:

• Schematic design (hand drawing, AutoCAD, 3D modeling)
• Design development drawings (AutoCAD)
• Scopes of work (Word/Excel)
• Construction drawings (AutoCAD)
• Specifications (SpecLink)
• Client meetings and presentations
• Coordination of engineers (contracts and work product)

To be considered for this position, the candidate must possess the following minimum experience, skills and abilities:

• At least 15 years of similar architectural project experience required (similar in scope to what has been described above). Corporate, financial and retail experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s (B.Arch) or Master’s (M.Arch) degree in Architecture.
• Architectural registration and/orNCARB certification preferred.
• AutoCAD experience and proficiency required.
