Qualifications

Experience evaluating construction drawings, bid documents, and/or technical drawings is preferred.Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and must be able to pass pre- employment background, credit check and drug screening. Tufco Flooring LLC maintains a drug-free and tobacco-free workplace.

From our base in Hebron, Kentucky (Greater Cincinnati), we are pursuing aggressive expansion:

• of our flooring and drain solutions business into existing and new industry verticals throughout our 8-state region in the U.S. Midwest; and
• into additional industrial solutions businesses across the United States.

The Compensation

Compensation will be commensurate with the strength and experience of the candidate. An excellent candidate should expect a base salary of up to $60,000 per year, a performance bonus opportunity dependent on individual and Company performance, plus a generous benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, health savings account, and 401(k) plan. A company laptop and mobile phone will also be provided.
