Description: NSI requires a Senior Program Manager to act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort. Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues. Oversees contractor execution of the contract requirements. Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources.

Location: Patuxent River, MD

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience:

• More than ten (10) years of experience performing work related to the labor category functional description.
• A minimum of five (5) years of the required ten (10) years of experience must be within the DoD IT Environment.
• Worked on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performed all functional duties independently.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience overseeing the efforts of less senior staff and/or responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
• Experience with Naval Aviation operations, maintenance, supply support, and other logistics/sustainment-related IT systems.

Certifications:
None required; MBA, DAWIA Level III in Program Management, or PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.

Security Clearance: Secret
