About the role:

You will join Boston Scientific at an exciting time as we digitally transform our customer and colleague experience. This global role focuses on transforming how product information is supplied and used throughout our organization. As Senior Product Merchandising Analyst you will be responsible for collating product information, making it available for syndication across the globe to stakeholders including our eCommerce websites, customer care, sales, and marketing teams. To achieve this, you will set-up and run the introduction of new product information as projects with clearly defined scope, milestones and launch deadline.

This collaborative role is the interface between the agile development team and Product Managers, who you will work in partnership with fostering a strong and trusted working relationship.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with Product Managers to ensure information is available for new product launches
• Researching and implementing new product dimension attributes, which includes collaborating with Legal, Regulatory, Quality teams
• Managing your own time to meet objectives following project management best practices
• Responsible for continually enriching and enhancing product information within the catalog to a high standard.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years working for a global matrixed organization
• 3+ years of project coordination or business analysis experience
• 2+ years of product merchandising experience (regulated industry preferred)
• 1 year of experience working in a Product Team, Agile and Lean environment
