Sr Product Manager, Preclinical Services

Some things you will do:

• Manages the life cycle of one or more genomics service lines; expected to participate in or drive additional projects
• Manages the life cycle of products including pricing, discount schedules, driving efficiency, cost reduction efforts and product format.
• Identifies emerging trends or technologies and develops a plan to address corresponding customer needs.
• Understands customers and translates their product needs into market opportunity. Transforms market opportunities and customer needs into profitable solutions and satisfied customer.
• Defines customer requirements and product specifications to enable the development of the excellent products to support new customer growth and increase market share.

Some things you Will Bring

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology or related Life Science degree preferred. Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of solid experience in Molecular Biology, synthetic biology or related life sciences discipline (Required)
• 5 years of prior experience as Product Manager or involvement in the successful development or commercialization of new products (Preferred)
• Ability to deliver scientific podium presentations and generally communicate at peer to peer level with customers.
