Crawfordsville First is a vibrant, small but growing community of Spirit-filled, Spirit-led believers who operate in the gifts of Holy Spirit, according to 1 Corinthians 12. We actively seek to minister to our community through not only church-centered events, but through practical ministry, such as our monthly pantry that freely gives food and clothes.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Pastor to join us and lead our congregation in spiritual growth and service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep commitment to the ministry. The Senior Pastor would provide spiritual leadership and care to the congregation, fostering a culture of faith, love and service. He / She would develop and deliver biblically-based sermons during scheduled services and possibly special occasions or events. The Senior Pastor should have a deep commitment to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and be Holy Spirit filled, with the evidence of speaking in tongues. This position also works alongside a church Board, consisting of five members, to facilitate the church business and ministry.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
