Job description
The Senior Operations Manager analyzes and develops all administrative functions that steward data of current and prospective applicants, in physical and electronic format, to and through the admissions decision-rendering process. The role of the Senior Operations Manager is to manage the development of all propriety software and databases that facilitate the processing of applications and recruiting data for UCLA Anderson's MBA program; assemble and process applications; serve as departmental liaison to external application service providers/vendors, UCLA Anderson software developers, standardized testing agencies, and UCLA Graduate Division administrators; to inform applicants (current and prospective) of UCLA Anderson's MBA program about application policies, procedures and status in order to fulfill the purpose of the position.Percentage of Time:
