What you’ll be doing:
- Serves as point of contact for escalations related to vendor performance
- Tracks and manages escalations and outages with vendors
- Coordinates resolution efforts while providing communication until the resolution has been executed
- Conducts regular business reviews with vendors and key business partners to maintain relationships, identifies areas of opportunities and reviews vendor performance
- Produces and presents a monthly analytical analysis of key metrics and vendor performance to leadership
- Contributes to Staples’ overall goal of improving experiences with internal and external customers
- Subject matter expert in their business area and serves as SME on project teams
- Identifies areas of opportunity and coordinates efforts to implement the process changes to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborates and supports business teams in implementing and sustaining process changes related to vendors
- Produces documentation and conducts training sessions when necessary
- Monitors vendor’s spend and auditing of vendor invoices for accuracy in billing
What you bring to the table:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- History of presenting to large groups, in person and virtually
- Strong ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Proven track record of successful change management skills
- Ability to identify areas of opportunity within business processes
- Ability to assess a problem and promptly resolve or escalate accordingly
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
- Ability to adapt to newly introduced best practices
- Ability to manage time effectively and is self-motivated
- Detail oriented with Strong organizational skills
Qualifications :
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience
- Intermediate to higher level Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Project Management experience
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Salary range: $52,250 - $65,000.
