The Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager, a key leader on the marketing team, is responsible for managing customer segmentation strategy, deploying omni-channel, automated campaigns and customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other channels, and delivering database insights to inform and support marketing campaigns and initiatives. This leader will work collaboratively with the marketing team, external resources, and operations to execute on database marketing strategies aimed at achieving the brand’s vision and growth goals.

This position is perfect for an experienced marketing automation specialist who wishes to take full ownership of a growing company’s automation program, which is a key component to company growth and success.

What You’ll Do:

1) Identify gaps in patient lifecycle and develop a high-impact strategic plan to support company growth initiatives

2) Partner with content team to plan, build, monitor and optimize omni-channel patient journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud that reflect an understanding of patient needs and intent

3) Create and manage a high volume of ongoing and seasonal email and SMS campaigns to engage our database, drive appointment bookings, and increase patient retention/conversion

4) Optimize against KPIs through the development of a continuous test-and-learn program

5) Utilize analytical and testing skills to report on performance and make data-driven decisions

6) Build out database insight strategy to systematically collect and analyze actionable insights

7) Remain current on changing regulations and technology: HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, SMS compliance

8) Assist with build out of landing pages to support database marketing and targeted campaigns

9) Manage 3rd-party partner and contractor relationships to help execute and develop additional campaigns and solutions that power the program’s growth and expansion

10) Collaborate with developers/IT resources on database management and integrations

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years extensive experience in marketing automation, customer lifecycle campaigns, and segmented communication strategies with strong database architecture focus
  • 2+ years Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience: you have advanced familiarity with key elements of the platform, including Email Studio, MobileConnect, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Datorama Reports, AMPscript, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of email and SMS best practices.
  • Proven track record of building intelligent, data-driven, profit-generating campaigns
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Basic HTML knowledge
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
