The University System of New Hampshire is seeking applicants for a Senior Internal Auditor position. Under the direction of the Director of Internal Audit, and under the occasional direction of more senior auditors on specific projects, this position will schedule, plan, and conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits and draft reports of findings and recommendations, complying at all times with the Internal Audit Department’s Code of Ethics and Standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, business or related area with 3 years experience. Master’s degree in Accounting or business administration or certification as a Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor may be substituted for one year of experience.
• Understanding of risks and internal controls, COSO framework, business processes, and professional auditing standards.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Use of data analysis tools for risk assessment and audit testing.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
