Senior General Manager
Job description
The Camp Transformation Center is seeking a Senior General Manager to lead and rebuild our underperforming club. We are looking for a leader who can drive results and rebuild our team from hiring to training. The ideal candidate must have a strong presence in the store and a proven track record of success in the fitness industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the club, including sales, operations, and customer service
- Create and execute a strategic plan to increase revenue, membership, and customer satisfaction
- Build and develop a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, and coaching
- Ensure the club maintains a clean, safe, and inviting environment for members
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members and prospects
- Act as the face of the club, building and maintaining relationships with members, prospects, and the community
- Communicate regularly with upper management, providing updates on club performance and initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the fitness industry, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with members and staff
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
This position will have virtual support from upper management, as the store is run absentee. The successful candidate will be someone who can take ownership of the club and drive results with minimal supervision.

Pay: $71,505.00 - $77,907.00 per year
