We are looking for a Senior Fraud Analyst that will be integral to the the Fraud Prevention team's responsibilities of providing a secure and positive experience for AXS customers purchasing tickets. The Fraud Prevention team is looking for a Senior analyst who is passionate about eCommerce, Payments and Live Events.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain and analyze fraud/chargeback data for patterns and links
• Design and test fraud reduction strategies to minimize chargebacks and negative customer impact
• Implement rule changes in payment risk engine and analyze impact on conversion
• Work directly with 3rd party fraud tools and services to implement and evaluate fraud strategies
• Create data driven reporting to support team roadmap and business decisions
• Support and be a SME for team analysts

Qualifications and Skills we hope you have

• 4+ years related professional work experience (e.g. Decision scientist, risk management, data analyst, statistician, data scientist, FP&A, product/process manager)
• Proficiency in fundamental technical skills (SQL /Tableau/programming/scripting language)
• Excellent Excel
• Process orientated with great attention to detail
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Previous experience with 3rd Party fraud management software a plus
• Experience working with data tools and visualization products a plus (eg SQL,Tableau)

Pay scale: $75K-78K
