What You Will Do:
Exercise Planning and Execution
- Lead the overall event and be responsible for the ultimate success
- Lead the design, planning, and preparation for a variety of cybersecurity event types including team assessments, forensic challenges, capture-the-flags, individual skills challenges, security product testing, and training
- Interface with the customer to define goals, scope and schedule
- Develop detailed event schedules, tasks and milestones
- Work with customer to define requirements for network topology, defensive tool suite, and threat presentation
- Scope level of effort and staffing with supporting Professional Services teams
- Track all activities associated with the events planning, preparation, execution and reporting providing leadership updates on any areas of concern
- Work with the customer event lead to manage all details
- Lead all internal and customer-facing planning meetings
- Lead the event execution and post-event administration
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our assessment process through development of new metrics, displays, and analytical techniques
- Work closely with the product and content development teams to innovate, document, instantiate, and automate revised product features and new product lines
Customer Relations
- Structure and lead teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and value
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships; exceptional relationship-builder
- Share in knowledge dissemination, reporting, and communications
- Ability to work efficiently and flexibility to bring value to customers via the SimSpace platform and associated events
- Build and maintain relationships with a wide array of people – junior and senior, and from diverse backgrounds
What You Bring:
- 7+ years in a project management position in a cybersecurity-oriented organization
- Good understanding of cybersecurity, networks, threat intelligence, and cyber operations (defensive and offensive)
- Enterprise management level understanding of IT programs and cybersecurity
- Ability to gather and translate requirements from customers into actionable information that can be executed
- Success in roles requiring execution of multiple tasks while responding to multiple priorities ensuring projects are brought to the finish line
- Project and program management experience with attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential

- Salary Range $140,000-$160,000
