Our Customer Service Reps are responsible for shaping the customer experience, driving sales and providing quality customer service. Our ideal candidate will be competitive, adept with collaborative work, and looking to grow into a sales team leader or management role.

Responsibilities:

• Collect customer information
• Assist all customers to ensure their needs are met
• Handle any and all escalations
• Assist with an customer complaints
• Ensure the customers needs are meet in a timely fashion
• Direct customers to the correct department head if necessary

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in fields of sales, retail or customer service is preferred but not required
• All candidates must be 18+ years old to apply
• Must be comfortable engaging with customers and clients on a daily basis
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Can excel in both individual and team environments
• Interest and ability to take on leadership roles in the future
