If you are located within Ohio, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges

Positions in this function are accountable for w riting, editing, and distributing various types of content, including material for the Health Plans website, press releases, provider manuals and other types of content that take the message to the provider community

Develop specific content and maintain Health Plan’s web page. Draft and send provider outreach collateral in accordance with Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) expectation Prepare monthly Network Bulletin announcements. Provide Internal and External Provider Online training. Prepare/distribute Association communications to Provider Community Manage Communications Approval Process. Assist with Provider Relations activities i.e., Provider Advisory Council

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Education or experience working in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Proven solid written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience assessing and interpreting customer needs and requirements
• Experience Identifying solutions to non-standard requests and problems
• Proven ability to translate concepts into practice
