In this important role, you will be a key member of the global HRIS team whose primary focus will be the development and support of ServiceNow HR Service delivery.

Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and support of HR’s ServiceNow platform.
  • Use ITIL-based process consultancy with agile methods (scrum) and enhance the company’s ServiceNow delivery capability.
  • Define ServiceNow solutions and tailor them to the client's requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the IT team during migrations of new versions as they are released.
  • Ownership of building and improving Service Now Agent experience through better Agent Workspace.
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders such as the HR knowledge team to assist in improving the HR knowledge base.

Role Requirements

  • Education or equivalent skills are required, 2-4 years of ServiceNow, ServiceNow Admin certification is highly preferred.
  • Manage multiple priorities at one time.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly analytical, critical thinking, and skilled at problem-solving.
  • Demonstrate a global mindset and develop approaches that can scale broadly across markets.

Salary

The salary range is $74,500.00 – 127,000.00 USD per year, total on-target compensation includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
