Senior Account Manager at Fast Growing Marketing Agency

Pepper Group Account Managers work on comprehensive, strategic marketing programs that include digital, lead generation, content marketing, video, print, trade shows, and more; for client verticals ranging from fast-growth technology firms to innovative manufacturers to smart service businesses.

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be expected to lead client engagements, fostering exceptional working relationships with our clients and our internal team. You’ll have accountability for project planning, workflow process, timelines and budgets, ensuring we deliver the results our clients expect with efficiency and excellence. You’ll become our internal, go-to expert on your assigned clients—responsible for understanding their businesses, markets, goals and opportunities—and work closely with the rest of the Pepper Group team to help move them where they need to go to be successful.

The duties and responsibilities include:

• Developing Marketing Programs and Strategies
• Client Project Management and Relationship Growth
• Marketing Planning, Budgeting and Analysis
• Estimating and Proposal Creation
• Presenting Programs and Creative Work to Clients
• Developing Creative Strategy Documents

Previous agency experience is a must for this role.
