Client has Chronic Muscle Spasm Pain Yet is Overall Independently Mobile.

Assist with Diverse and Varied Important Life Activities.

Assist with Managing Household Goals.

Assist Frugal Client with a Little Financial Coordination.

On Occasion do a Social Activity Together, e.g. using restaurant coupon.

Needs Help with Bathing, including her Back, Washing and Conditioning Hair.

Sometimes Needs Assistance with Dressing

Grooming Prompts (e.g. Dental Care) Appreciated.

Homekeeping, Cleaning, Organizing (of Many Types), Some Meal Prep/Baking

VARIOUS Other Responsibilities as They Arise:

Research, Writing, Making Phone Calls, "Problem Solving," Including Following Through, Choosing Products to Purchase, ETC.
