Now Hiring: Part-time Gate Guard

Second Shift: 1pm-10pm

As a Gate Attendant at Menards, our job is to make sure the guests are leaving with the correct lumber/building materials out the lumberyard.

Upon entering the lumberyard, the guest will give you their picking ticket, we scan the picking ticket in, direct them into the location to pick up their product. When they leave, they will check back out with you. We scan the ticket out and just count their product when they leave just to make sure they have everything.

Lumber/Building material knowledge is helpful!

Must have a valid drivers license and your own vehicle!

Building material knowledge is helpful. (Example- understands what a 2x4 board is, drywall, plywood, insulation, how to read a tape measure etc.)

Must be flexible and willing to help out in need of emergency, team players
