Anuvia is searching for qualified candidates for a Field Service Technician Position

JOB REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma and five years of related experience are required. Multi-site responsibilities for all Anuvia locations including Main and SBC. Valid NC or SC driver’s license is required. Capable of working overtime including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed. Certified in electrical, HVAC systems, plumbing, or building maintenance systems a plus.

Essential Job Functions

Duties:

  • Fills in for the Facilities Manager on occasions where needed such as vacations or meetings
  • Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues
  • Repair faulty equipment, damaged structures, or systems at Anuvia locations
  • Responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance and satisfying work orders as needed
  • Assist with Drills and Inspections of equipment
  • Roof maintenance to include caulking, drain unclogging, blowing leaves and debris, and general roof cleaning/maintenance
  • Assist with the assembly of office furniture and equipment
  • Assist with opening and closing of the facility
  • Assist with outside group and vendors at Anuvia
  • Assist with office setups and moves of employees
  • Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality
  • Planning and scheduling repairs with vendors as needed
  • Performing general maintenance tasks related to the building, landscaping, parking lot, painting, carpentry, and vehicles as needed
  • Maintaining the inventory records for equipment and supplies
  • Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures
  • Apply preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems such as using sealant on flat roof
  • Immediately take action on any potential safety hazard to avoid injuries
  • Painting when old paint has become faded or chipped
  • Replace or repair flooring, toilets, sinks, carpet, dry wall and fixtures
  • Follow all safety protocols and trainings related to role
  • Participates on the Health and Safety Committee as needed
