We are looking for a Scrum Master - Software Development Responsible for scoping and defining the technical design, driving execution, and delivery of a software feature, solution, or product. Serves as the bridge between cross-functional teams including marketing, Design, and R&D. Refines the requirements and distributes work into logical customer valued deliverables, and opportunistically identifies synergies with HP's existing systems. Responsible for defining the overall approach and architecture and is accountable for defining the overall quality plan for that feature, solution, or product, and ensuring the on-time delivery, escalating, as necessary.

YOU HAVE:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the software field with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an agile environment.
2 years of experience as a practicing Scrum Master or Agile Coach for a software development team that was diligently applying Agile principles, practices, theory and Scrum Values. CSM certification is a plus.
Experience working in a scaled Agile environment, such as SAFe, Scrum of Scrums or Disciplined Agile.
A track record of enabling and improving interactions between agile teams.
Experience in coaching individuals.
Good skills and knowledge of openness, servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
Experience with Jira or other tools utilized in an agile development environment.
Experience generating Metrics and Reports.
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills.
YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:
Cloud, SaaS, PaaS development experience especially with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes and Google Cloud.
Experience with developing production enterprise software.
Experience working with teams in a variety of agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban or Scrumban.
Experience in Lean methodology.

In accordance with Colorado statute, the estimated range of compensation for this job in that location, at the time of this posting, is $89,200 - 120,000 This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.
