Job description

Scrum Master/ Business Analyst (Telecommute/Remote) to be part of an Agile team in support of digital transformation, integration of emerging technologies into mission applications and supporting modernized, cloud-based, applications in production for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Information and Technology (OIT).

Required

· 4+ years of strong BA background

· Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies

· Experience conducting backlog refinement sessions with stakeholders and the Product Owner to gather and validate business requirements.

· Able to independently develop/execute test plans, cases, scenario's, expected results

· Work independently and as a member of a cross functional team

· Experience with Jira, Confluence

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Work with the development team and Product owners to translate business requirements into user stories, use cases and technical requirements.

· Create user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria

· Developing business processes, capability needs, and business requirements.

· Willing and Capable of quick learning in a fast-paced changing environment.

· Mobile and Web Testing experience

Additional Qualifications:

· Active CBP Clearance Desired

· 2+ Years of Scrum Master Experience and/or Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.

· Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related technical field

· Optional: ISQTB Foundation Level (Certified Software Tester) CSTE or equivalent

· Optional: Flutter and Selenium high level knowledge.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $147,171.27 per year
