Essential Functions
- Electrode formation design and development for high voltage (>4.4V) and/or high nickel content NMC cathode cell chemistry to achieve long cycle/calendar life
- Electrode formulation design and development for Si/C, SiO/C high-capacity anode cell chemistry to achieve long cycle/calendar life
- Maintain library record and provide instruction to technician for experiment execution
- Analyze the data and prepare reports for internal/external update
