Our client, a company that provides public transportation to 24 area cities is looking to hire a Scheduling Agent in the Fitchburg, MA area! In this position, you would be responsible for but not limited to covering approved medical transportation while also communicating extensively with contracted transportation vendors. You will earn $16.83/hr working Day Shifts, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

**Potential Candidate will have 2 weeks of training if hired. (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM)**

Your Day:

• Use SNS Computerized Routing & Planning Software, to schedule passenger routes in accordance with service requirements.
• Understand customer expectations, special needs population, and vendor service requirements.
• Maintain a comprehensive and accurate database of program schedules by area and vendor vehicle.
• Maintain configurations and client files related to special needs requirements.

About You:

• Administrative writing skills.
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to keep files organized.
• Verbal Communication, scheduling and Microsoft Office skills.
• Cross Training with Call Center to provide lateral service(s) and team support when needed.
• Cross Training in shared rides program to create shared rides for contract compliance.

• 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
