Scheduler
Job description
Scheduler Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phones and emails, schedules and confirms appointments, and inputs customer data into company systems.
- Organizes workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.
- Manages department schedule by maintaining schedules for crews, sub-contractors and vendors.
- Completes requests by greeting customers on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping customers updated.
- Receives and tracks vendor invoices.
- Documents all communications in customers profiles.
- Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Scheduler/ Customer Care general working hours are 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. M-F
Some over time available during peak times.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Previous administrative experience preferred.

Pay: $32,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
