Essential Functions:


  • Conducts Enterprise-level Active Directory system administration. This includes Forest/Domain Architecture, AD Service Owner Tasks, DNS infrastructure, account provisioning, configuration of Active Directory sites, enterprise group policies, LDAP, and monitoring of AD replication and core services.
  • Ensures that Active Directory implementations comply with policies, standards, licensing agreements, and configuration guidelines.
  • Anticipates, mitigates, identifies, responds to, and resolves problems affecting Active Directory systems performance, efficiency, and availability.
  • Implements, updates, and maintains enterprise level Microsoft MECM/SCCM environment
  • Manages operating system security patching using MECM/SCCM.
  • Continuously improves and automates operational tasks by leveraging scripting (PowerShell), MECM/SCCM, Active Directory, and Azure.
  • Monitoring replication and AD health
  • Ensuring proper configuration, configuring LDAP integration, supporting DNS and DHCP operations
  • Managing sites and services, managing domain and domain controller security policies
  • Hardening Domain Controllers
  • Monitors, tests, and analyzes Active Directory system and software activities to ensure maximum performance, efficiency, and availability.
  • Assists with application packaging for distribution, operating system imaging and report creation of devices, users, distributions and compliance levels.
  • Diagnoses and solves complex questions and problems related to AD, MECM, Azure, and Office 365.
  • Configures single-sign-on with 3rd party trusted sites and vendors.
  • Takes escalated tickets from the queue or directly from the queue as necessary.
  • Enters appropriate and usable data into ServiceDesk Plus Ticketing system.
  • Collaborates with other IT Teams, as necessary.
  • Acts as a resource to other team members in resolution of technical issues.
  • Creates, deletes, and edit user accounts as well as manage permissions using Active Directory.
  • Provides outstanding customer service and responsiveness to all end-users across all locations.
  • Communicates resolution status proactively to ensure customer timeframe expectations are met or exceeded.


Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum five (5) years of related work experience managing MECM, Active Directory, and Azure operations in an enterprise environment, or any equivalent education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been demonstrated/achieved.
  • Experience with Powershell, required
  • Minimum three (3) years experience managing and deploying security updates, applications, and operating systems in MECM/SCCM.
  • PKI Experience with Windows production systems in an enterprise environment managed by Group Policy

Pay Range: 80,000.00/YR to 115,000.00/YR
