Qualifications and Skills

• Must have a strong desire to earn six figures a year or more!
• Must be willing to go door to door (D2D) - we will teach you
• Be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the desire to succeed
• Must have reliable transportation with valid Driver's License

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure the positive communication with customers
• Participate in weekly sales meetings
• Participate in all necessary sales training
• Ensure that all jobs are collected in a timely manner
• Display and maintain professionalism at all times
• Practice safety measures on every job

Compensation

• 40% of adjusted gross profit on all sold jobs
• Annual reward trip for our high level performers. Last year, it was to High fence game ranch

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

• Cleburne Tx: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Pay: $76,671.25 - $183,121.17 per year
