OSGO HOME is a leading home furnishings and design company seeking a talented sales representative to join our team in El Paso, Texas. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for helping customers select and purchase OSGO HOME products while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities: • Help customers select and purchase OSGO HOME products. • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and overall sales performance. • Keep up with current design trends and sales techniques

Requirements: • One to two years of sales experience • Fluency in English and Spanish • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and in a team • Familiarity with working in a commission-based sales environment • Experience in design, real estate or sales environment is a plus
