Salesforce CRM Project Manager - LYRASIS - FULLY REMOTE
Salary Range: $73,530 - $110,294
Reports to: SR. Director, Outreach & Engagement

The Role:
The Salesforce CRM Project Manager is a strong team player who will lead the organizational transition from an on-premises Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to a cloud-based Salesforce CRM environment optimized with Nimble AMS™. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Scope legacy CRM (Dynamics) and two (Salesforce) standalone system workflows around mission-critical invoice work to create scaled efficiencies and reduce/eliminate exceptional processes and ongoing Enterprise IT mediation/custom development
- Develop action plan to transition departments and divisions from their existing Dynamics CRM environment to a Salesforce environment that acknowledges existing work demands and adjacencies
- Develop a plan of action to identify and isolate siloed work solutions that should be in Salesforce and coordinate with Division head to establish a practical transition plan
- Identify, document, and prioritize product fixes, modifications, and new feature requests via existing project management system(s)
Requirements:
- 2+ years relevant experience implementing and maintaining Enterprise level CRM system
- Extensive working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Experience with Project Management and/or Product Management
- High emotional intelligence and ability to meet staff at their level of experience using CRM systems (ranges from low to high)
- Strong and versatile verbal and written communication skills to engage with all staff, including Executive level around new concepts, workflow design and strategy
