TMB offers products and services to entertainment production and staging professionals, as well as architectural lighting specifiers and designers worldwide. With offices in Los Angeles, London, New York, Toronto, Beijing, and Riga, TMB sells and supports a wide range of leading brands, many of which are highly technical and proprietary.

We are currently seeking to expand our Sales Support Departments.

The Sales Support representative works closely between Sales, Operations, Accounting, and Inventory departments, writing sales quotes and orders to be distributed to customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor calls and emails and respond in a timely manner
  • Enter quotes into sales system
  • Enter sales orders into system
  • Delegate customer POs
  • Back up Customer Service department as needed
  • Follow up with Accounting on orders pending payment
  • Enter new part numbers into system
  • Enter new BOMs (bill of materials)
  • Enter new customer data into system
  • Assist sales department with inquiries
  • Write up and enter credit & rebills
  • Write up and enter RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorization)
  • Run credit cards for TBO and W/O items
  • Write up and process re-stocking fees for returns as needed
