Amusemints, a division of Nassau Candy with a sales office based in Denver, sells, designs, and services high-quality custom and location-specific consumer goods (candy, snack, hard goods, and apparel) to a wide variety of customers in the gift, novelty, and souvenir industry.

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to complement and support the Operations Manager and Sales Team in our Denver, Colorado office!

The Sales Support Administrator role involves sales, operations, and administrative responsibilities. The individual working in this critical role will work closely with the Operations Manager and National Sales Manager in supporting key accounts and enhancing Amusemints’ sales cycle.

This position will also be supporting internal / external sales reps, managing new customer accounts, and supporting our division trade show needs. The Sales Support Administrator role requires working across teams located in Denver and New York (Operations Team, Sales Team, and Graphic Art Team) to enhance sales processes and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will exemplify:

  • Proficiency in use of computers and software (i.e. Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel)
  • Proven ability to learn a new operating system, and improve an existing sales process
  • Project Management experience developing technical/custom physical products in a manufacturing setting
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task with maximum efficiency, without sacrificing accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and pleasant phone manner to service incoming and outgoing calls

The ideal individual will enjoy working on a variety of tasks and project centered around sales, operations, and administrative responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Communicating effectively with the Operations Manager in to evaluate unique operational challenges
  • Diligently follow purchase orders through to completion, working with appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues that delay timely processing
  • Answer incoming calls in support of Sales Team and customers
  • Potential business travel
