Job description
Established regional staffing and personnel resources firm is seeking a business development manager with staffing sales experience. Ideal candidate will have established relationships and is comfortable acquiring new business from lead generation to close. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking unlimited earning potential who is career orientated and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Identify customer prospects through networking, industry meetings, relationships, etc.
- Meet with clients to determine staffing needs.
- Assist with matching the right candidates with customers by communicating candidate requirements to in-house recruiters.
- Maintain close contact with customers for on-going hiring support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience in the staffing industry.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Business-to-business sales experience with ability to prospect, value sell, and negotiate contracts.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
