Position Summary

Wolverine Solutions Group is a full-service document management company, specializing in direct mail production and document management services We provide customized, cutting-edge solutions for document execution, hard copy or electronic, for our clientele in both local and national markets.

In this role you be responsible for new business generation, (Business to Business), cold calling, phone prospecting, business referral networking & social media use very helpful.

Demonstrating advantages & benefits of high-quality products and services and closing new businesses. Looking for someone with a "hunter's mentality" that gets excited about creating opportunities and capable of writing the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling and In- Person Contact
  • Achieve sales targets by specific deadlines.
  • Develops and supervises the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, presentation materials, prepares and attends exhibits, conferences, meetings as well as local regional and national promotional opportunities.
  • Gather fact-finding information, present proposals, and acquire new clients by developing solid relationships.

Qualifications & Skills

  • College Preferred
  • 3-4 years of previous work experience in B2B sales, or relevant experience. Experience within mailing industry desirable
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel (80% travel)
  • Demonstration & Presentation Skills
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Experience with CRM Database
  • Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
  • Persuasive and confident speaker
  • Valid Driver's License with Good Driving Record
