Gutter Shutter of Grand Rapids is experiencing rapid growth and looking for an Outside Sales Representative. This is a home-based position with on-site training at our office two to three times a week so the candidate must reside in the area.

We will provide you with the sales support and training alongside the best sales training team. You will sell products that sell themselves with preset appointments provided to you.

Outside Sales Representative Essential Functions:

Run pre-set, company provided leads- No cold calling

Sales leads provided but higher compensation for self-generated bids

Present and sell Gutter Shutter maintenance free Gutters.

Outside Sales Representative Qualifications Required:

High School Diploma or GED

Valid driver's license with good driving record

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to persuade and influence others

Ability to develop and deliver sales presentations

PC proficient

Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include some evenings and one weekend a month

Outside Sales Representative Qualifications Preferred:

Post-secondary degree is Sales, Marketing, Construction, or related field

2+ years sales experience in construction industry

Experience with Salesforce
