Sales & Operations Account Manager will engage with team to understand demand variations and dynamics and to support complete order fulfillment.

Duties and Responsibilities: *

  • Act as POC for customer accounts from sales operations perspective – provide supportive, energetic customer service and relationship management.
  • Analyze customer demand, backlog and customers’ sell through on a daily/weekly basis. Identify problem areas and drive appropriate customer engagement and internal functional groups to resolve. Must have an understanding of trend analysis and future demand projections.
  • Conduct forecast reviews with customers. Ensure customers forecast accuracy to facilitate efficient product delivery and contract fulfillment.
  • Coordinate closely with Planning team to ensure supply plans support direct, and indirect customer needs to maintain appropriate channel inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with Planning, Sales and Product Management teams to coordinate EOL/LTB quantities and ensure smooth product transitions.
  • Manage and maintain CRM data with updates to customer's forecasts, accounts and opportunities.
  • Maintain customer sales operations dashboards in standard Business Intelligent (BI) tools.
  • Provide suggestions for (BI) tools to increase usage to reduce ad-hoc, manual efforts.
  • Manage effective communication between internal teams to maximize sales and delivery execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications: *

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant industry experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in similar role
  • Advanced data analytics with Excel
  • Highly detail oriented, organized and process focused with ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal.
