Servicing multiple locations in Southern Wisconsin focusing on customer service. YES is a FAST growing, technologically advanced company.

We are the dealer for Yale, Landoll, Capacity, Taylor-Dunn/Polaris,JCB, Hyundai, Vermeer, and Kubota. We are looking for team players, dynamic, independent and willing to work with every department within our company and our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

GET ALL INVENTORY ENTERED INTO THE SYSTEM

RECEIVE IN EQUIPMENT

FOLLOW UP ON OPEN ORDERS TO SEE WHERE EQUIPMENT IS THAT SHOULD BE HERE

EMAIL THE SHOP AND TRUCKING WHEN RECEIVE BILL OF LADINGS AND PRINT STICKERS

RECEIVE SALES ORDERS REVIEW TO MAKE SURE CORRECT BEFORE PASSING ALONG

ORDER EQUIPMENT

BILL CUSTOMERS ORDERS

BALANCE INVENTORY

REVIEW SERVICE INVOICES AND MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO SALESMAN COMMISSIONS

ENTER SALES ORDER

VERIFY ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

CREATE WORK ORDERS

ENTER ON SPREAD SHEET SHOP

SCANNING PAPERWORK

FILING PAPERWORK

PRINTING STICKERS

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
