We are seeking an experienced results-driven Sales Development Representative with retail, restaurant, and commercial experience. You will actively seek new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Responsibilities
· Working alongside a group of passionate and energetic teammates
· Seek qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
· Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
· Present our company to potential prospects
· Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (meetings scheduled, opportunities created, etc.)
· Follow up with customers after the quotation, updating Management of project status and competitive information
· Filing quotes daily / weekly, updating Quote Log when required
· Follow up with customers on PO’s that require additional details prior to processing
· Prepare Production Job Sheet documents to process customer orders into production
· Provide superior Customer Service and Project Management to customers
· Attend production meetings and checking the status of orders in production
· Process Customer Concern Forms and following through to completion
Requirements
· Minimum 4 years of professional experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields with a strong interest in impacting customer solutions · Prospects, qualifies, and generates sales within the company’s established trading partners
· Communicates with prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline
· Outgoing personality and thrive in a high-energy/fast-paced environment
· Highly organized and can easily adapt to change
· Excellent communication and networking skills
· Great at finding ways to motivate yourself and your teammates - team culture and momentum is how our team thrives!
· Able to learn tools, technology and processes quickly
· A "never stop learning" mentality and can apply it daily
· Ability to travel as necessary up to 80% of the time
Compensation:
Salary: 65k – 75k (DOE) + Commission
