Kalan is an industry leading Impulse, Souvenir, Gift, and Toy manufacturer and distributor for nearly 50 years. We develop and distribute our product lines to Mass Market retail chains as well as individual souvenir, zoo, aquarium, and theme park locations nationwide.
You will be expected to interact with customers, reps and our production team via phone, email, text and in person. Attention to detail and forming professional relationships with our clients and leads is the highest priority. This position is based at our office in Lansdowne, PA and is 100% in-person during the training period. After training is complete, most employees work four days on-site and one day remote per week.
Some travel to industry trade shows throughout the year is expected to meet new customers - please be willing to travel between around twenty days per year.
