Job Responsibilities:

• Promptly greet and engage with customers as they arrive and ask questions to understand their needs
• Make vehicle recommendations based on customer needs
• Perform professional vehicle demonstrations and organize test drives
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages and latest technology
• Build rapport with customers to encourage referral and repeat business
• Assist management by inspecting vehicles on the lot, and report any problems
• Help ensure the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales

Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred
• Having a customer base/book of business is a PLUS!
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
• Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
• Achievement driven with a strong work ethic
• Performs well under commission sales structures
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays is required
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
