Teleflora has an opportunity for qualified candidates in the Paragould, AR area who will be processing all Point of Sale equipment orders for shipment, along with computer preparation. The primary focus for this position is with new point of sale software/hardware installation orders and add-on sales. This team currently works from home, with one day per month required working at the Paragould, AR office. You will also be working in the office as required to image computers prior to shipping. Your training may be a combination of in office and remote learning

• The Point of Sale Admin Clerk will work closely with other Teleflora departments to ensure all equipment orders are processed efficiently and in a timely manner
• Process software/hardware orders for new Point of Sale installs and add-on sales
• Image new computers for shipments
• Process and track return requests
• Maintain excel spreadsheets with order shipments
• Assist with POS change of ownerships
• Perform additional tasks as requested.

• Knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel and Word
• Ability to manage tasks independently, timely and with strong attention to detail
• Display remarkable decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly changing team environment
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and maintain the ability to effectively handle multiple situations, manage priorities and work with only minimal supervision
• Possess excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful)
• High school degree or equivalent required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, moving computer equipment from table to cart
