SALES ASSOCIATE
At Tech Hospital, we buy, sell, trade-in and repair consumer electronics such as phones, tablets, smart watches and computers. We are seeking sales minded associates who will work at our Ponte Vedra Beach, FL location. Whether you are starting your career or looking for a fresh start, we will provide you with the skills needed to be successful. Do you love interacting with people? JOB DESCRIPTION
In this sales role, your sales experience will be complimented by your knowledge of consumer electronics. We will provide the necessary product knowledge training! As a team member, you will provide insightful guidance to customers, learn to quickly diagnose product issues, communicate with patience, and provide quality solutions that resolve customers issues. The majority of your time will be spent customer-facing on the showroom floor. As you help customers day-to-day, there is the opportunity to learn basic repairs on phones, tablets, laptops, and computers (no repair experience required). This role includes learning our POS system, providing exceptional experiences to our customers, interacting with suppliers and performing other admin related duties. Using your unique talents, you will be part of a special team committed to creating the ultimate in-store experience and turning customers into loyal fans.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year work experience in a retail sales role.
• Highly motivated to work in a service setting with great people skills. Use your passion for technology to generate sales.
• Actively listen and create personal connections. Provide customers with quality solutions that simplify their lives.
• Have a friendly and outgoing demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills. Create personal connections to make tech look easy.
• Have a desire and eagerness to learn about technology and have the ability to work with small parts and tools for device repair.
• Willingness to work evenings (until 7pm), weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in the electronics repair industry a plus but not required.
• Commission-based sales experience is also a plus but not required.

PAY STRUCTURE
Base Pay + Profit Share + Other Incentives

BENEFIT CONDITIONS
90-day probation period. After 90 days, you will be eligible for health care benefit.

Pay: $32,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
