The Position: This dynamic individual must be able to manage multiple tasks as they provides support for national sales. As the national sales assistant, you will work with multiple departments, including Sales, Traffic, and Accounting along with external account executives, agencies and buyers to ensure contracts are properly maintained. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have strong client service skills and be eager to collaborate.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with rep firm account executives, agencies, buyers and manager on any requests or pending issues that require attention
• Coordinate with Traffic Department, and Accounting Department to ensure necessary documents have been submitted, received and entered for account set up, order entry, and/or payments on accounts
• Aid with customer questions, concerns, account issues and/or account maintenance needs.
• Accurately and timely enter sales orders from agencies in Wide Orbit

(sales order software)

• Work with television rep firm and/or agencies on the handling of make-goods, late runs, and revisions along with any additional requests agencies may have – overall account management after sale
• Provide administrative support on tasks within the Major Accounts/Sales department
• Position will require a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Education and/or Experience – High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong data entry skills and an excellent attention to detail is required.
• Ability to develop positive working relationships with Account Executives and other support functions is critical.
• Adapt to change quickly as well as be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset, ready to work with multiple departments
• Proficiency in MS Office, with special attention to Excel, and PowerPoint is required; any experience in CRM, or data entry software is preferred. G-Suite proficiency desired.
• Knowledge of Wide Orbit Media Sales and Traffic, Nielsen, and comScore preferred but not required
