Sales - Energy Efficiency Services
Outreach Specialist
The Outreach Specialist will work in the Comprehensive Multifamily Incentive Program (CoMFI) to deliver energy saving and cost saving solutions to multifamily properties. The incumbent will generate leads through outreach to SoCalGas customers and enroll participants in the program. This position is a rewarding way to provide equitable energy solutions for underrepresented communities throughout Southern California. The position may be done remote but includes travel through SoCalGas territory to include Southern and Central California.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Three years of experience in a sales environment
- Excellent written, oral, and communication skills
- Intermediate skills in Word, Excel and Power Point programs
- Experience communicating with residential property owners, management groups, facility management, HOAs, mechanical and plumbing contractors preferred
- Understanding of energy efficiency projects and working knowledge of financial metrics to assess feasibility of capital improvements (such as ROI, simple payback, NPV, etc.) a plus

Pay Range:
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour plus incentives
