Shared Imaging is currently looking to hire a Sales & Marketing Coordinator in the Downers Grove, IL area.
Job Description:
As a sales and marketing coordinator, your job duties involve working with the Director, Sales & Marketing Operations to execute various sales and marketing initiatives including managing the online presence of the company, contributing to the development of new sales and marketing strategies and materials, trade show coordination, CRM maintenance and reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Creativity - thinking outside the box leads to exciting campaigns that grab attention and generate sales
- Data analysis - sales and marketing coordinator should be comfortable inputting and interpreting data in order to draw sensible conclusions
- Salesmanship - understanding the target audience to contribute to the development of S&M content/materials to support the sales team
- Organization skills - managing the efforts of multiple people and departments to achieve desired results requires staying on top of things and collaborating extensively
- Problem-solving skills - critical examination helps sales and marketing coordinators pinpoint reasons behind situations, such as why sales totals were less than predicted or why an internet campaign isn't drawing sufficient traffic
- Must have reliable transportation and willing to travel up to 50%
Sales Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales and marketing teams with the production of routine emails, campaigns proposals, and other various tasks
- Perform CRM administrative work such as data entry, list uploading, list cleansing, reports, etc.
- Assist with the preparation of sales and marketing presentations

Marketing Responsibilities
- Trade Show Prep & Management
- Maintain the inventory of promotional items
- Maintain the Marketing calendar, scheduling and coordinating shows and conferences, meetings, shipping and logistics of show materials and booth items, rental items, carpets, etc. for all trade shows
- Monitor competitor activity in the industry to identify new strategies or approaches that may be effective in the future
- Social Media Management
- Work with GPOs and other partners to identify marketing opportunities to present to the marketing team
- Monthly Marketing Reporting
- Pardot Maintenance & Customization

- Seismic Maintenance
- Facilitate the Customer Sat Survey process
